The bright and cozy apartment is located in the 1st. Upstairs of the house and was extensively renovated in 2015. In the immediate vicinity are shops, supermarkets, bike rental, laundrette, bus stop, bakery, ice cream parlor, playground and much more. In the separate corridor and throughout the apartment there are many storage options. The living area has a sofa set with couch and armchairs, hi-fi system and LCD TV and a dining table. A DVD player with about 70 films (also for children) is part of the technical equipment. Furthermore, you are welcome to use the many board games and books. The fitted kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, oven and 4-ring ceramic hob) is - visually separated - also integrated into the living area. On the large balcony of the apartment you can comfortably sit to Fourth. From there you have a magnificent view of the Baltic Park and a partial view of the Baltic Sea. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) for sleeping, the second bedroom a bunk bed. Children are welcome to use the toys (Duplo Ritterburg, Puzzle, children's books).
