In this spacious, light flooded 60 sqm apartment with 2 rooms for 2 people, your holiday will be a treat. It is located only a few meters from the sea on the first floor of the beach residence. The breathtaking panoramic view from the living room on the Bay of Lübeck is certainly one of the finest in what a holiday apartment can offer. You look directly at the beach of Sierksdorf with its picturesque fishing boats. You look to Haffkrug, to Scharbeutz with its Bayside-Hotel and to the Maritim-Hotels in Timmendorfer Strand. With good visibility, you can see the incoming and outgoing ships off Travemünde and the shores of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, with binoculars at your disposal.
The light-flooded rooms were renovated in 2016 and completely new and lovingly furnished. Warm natural tones combine with practical and pleasant features. A modern yet cozy table with comfortable chairs invites you to sea-view, food and games. This took into account that you can receive guests during the day. Then relax on the comfortable relaxation set.
2 modern TV sets, radio with CD player and Wi-Fi are available. The small but fine kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and microwave and a large selection of dishes, glasses and cutlery.
