The bubbling shopping mile in Kühlungsborn West core is only about 10 minutes walk. The beach can be reached on foot via a landscaped path. The beach is only about 150 meters away. From the apartments on the south side you have a magnificent view towards cooling and the Bastorf lighthouse. The coastal protection forest in front of the building also offers a beautiful eye-catcher. Spacious terraces and balconies belong to each apartment and invite you to long evenings in the mild Kühlungsborn sea climate. Villa Josephine has an in-house elevator.
