Everything was perfect from start to finish, the location, the staff, the food. If you are thinking about doing the premium dinner, please do it, it will be a wonderful experience. Nikesh was amazing with us as well.

We really loved our stay at Bubble Lodge on Île aux Cerfs. The property was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. We were picked up and transported everywhere around the resort, and our luggage was always taken care of, which made the experience very relaxing and stress-free. Whenever we called, someone was there immediately to bring us to dinner or help us with anything we needed. The food was also delicious, and we especially enjoyed the one-hour golf initiation session where we learned some basic golf techniques and practiced a few swings. The beach was very clean, and there were always enough sunbeds available, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the surroundings. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the romantic dinner on the beach. Even though it was an extra cost, it was absolutely worth it. We had a private setup directly on the beach, completely alone, which made the atmosphere incredibly special and intimate. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and it became one of our favorite memories of the stay.

The only small downside was that there were quite a lot of sea urchins in the water. However, the staff informed us about this in advance, and of course, this is something natural that the hotel cannot control.

Feels very private, beautiful cabin and was a stone throw away from the beach. Unless you're specially going to golf, 1 to 2 nights is enough as there is not much to do unless you want absolute peace.

I have allergies and clearly stated that in my booking and also repeatedly told stuff to the point where they were like don't worry we know, we will take care of it. On my second/final night I was given not one, but two meals I was allergic to and they did nothing to really apologize for it. The staff blamed me on the evening as they said I did not mention, even though they had told me not to worry and the kitchen was well aware, and the next day when we were checking out it felt like empty sorry's and no effort to make it right, i.e. remove our drinks bill (which was not a lot). For the price we paid for each night I would have expected more in terms of their care and attention.
