Property was absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. Beautiful views.

superb location with a wonderful view of Lorne & the ocean. Large, very comfortable and well-maintained house, within a walk of beach, shops and facilities. Pretty much everything you could require for a considerably longer stay than ours (just 2 nights) was available in the property.

Hardly anything comes to mind.

House was spacious and bright with a good working kitchen and bbq. The property was in a great location, walking distance to the town and with lovely views of the ocean. Early check in was accepted upon request.

The host did not accept credit card and so required a significant bond in addition to the tariff via bank transfer to secure the property. After payment additional terms and conditions were forwarded including the requirement to clean the property and put out bins in return for bond. These should have been highlighted prior to payment and given the significant tariff the expectation to clean prior to departure was disappointing. Would suggest host should not rely on guests to clean as less-used kitchen bowls were dusty and some utensils required cleaning prior to use. Incorrect house details were forwarded to me with key information resulting in our settling in to the wrong property and our holiday being interrupted when another family turned up to stay. I suggested properties be exchanged but I was not notified of any resolution. Instead I waited for an hour and then assumed it was sorted. This delayed our plans for the afternoon and was very stressful.
