Nada, todo perfecto

Villa espectacular, con vistas desde todas las habitaciones, una pasada! Zonas comunes amplias para compartir con amigos o familiares. Cerca de calas y de la playa. La anfitriona fue un encanto y nos facilitó todo lo que necesitamos.

Por destacar algo, algunas habitaciones y algunos baños estaban un poco antiguos y descuidados.

Casa muy amplia y muy bien cuidada. Perfecta para grupos. Lo mejor sin duda ha sido la amabilidad y profesionalidad de Liliana que nos puso todo muy facial tanto para entrega de llaves como para salida de la casa

The experience overall is that it is a good house. The location is good and close to the beaches and generally quiet - until a party moved into the house next door with young kids and loud music into the morning hours.

There is a long list of things that didn't work. And despite countless effort (for days of our vacation), we resolved some things but with no consideration, monetary or otherwise, of the inconvenience we experienced. For the south of Spain, this is a very expensive house. We rented this house for 2 weeks. Honestly, this house was not at all ready for guests and we had booked this date more than 6 months earlier. - The first 2 days we struggled getting hot water (for showers etc.) It was only when the owner returned from northern Spain with a specific key to a room, that the empty backup butane tank could be accessed. - We were told the house had air conditioning (it was very hot in Spain during this time). Then upon arrival we were told ONLY the bedrooms had AC. In the end we found out 1 of the bedrooms did not have AC which was a complete surprise to our host. So one member of our party had to spend the week in a hot bedroom and then a fan was brought over. Unpleasant really, given temp's in Spain were in the mid to high 30's. - A number of shower heads or shower hoses in bathrooms were cracked or broken, some bedrooms did not have curtains, the kitchen didn't have a coffee maker or sufficient cups, etc. - The house has a gate - one of our days it wouldn't open so we couldn't get our car out. We had planned to pick up a friend at the airport and couldn't get out. Eventually found out there was an issue with the pool motor running and the gate not able to run at the same time. Eventually this was addressed but left us inconvenienced that day. - There's a piano in the photos but the owner kept it locked and despite a request to open she wouldn't. My children had brought their piano books to practice during the 2 weeks. We asked the owner for some sort of compensation for these inconveniences and have been rebuffed. We were determined to have a great vacation and we did.
