You can expect individually furnished holiday apartments with 2 or 3 rooms. All apartments have a balcony or terrace, some with lake views. There is a sauna area and an elevator in the house. For each apartment there is a parking space or a double parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment has a balcony to the north with Lake. 2-3 people can spend their vacation in the cozy, Mediterranean-style apartment. A bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room offer sleeping opportunities. The sofa bed is suitable for one person. In the living area, the couch and a comfortable armchair are available as seating. The modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and a 2-ring ceramic hob is integrated in the living area. You can take your meals at the cozy dining table with 3 chairs. The shower / toilet, tiled and with underfloor heating, complements the beautiful apartment. The entrance, kitchen area and living room are also tiled, the bedroom is covered with laminate. For technical equipment, there is a flat-screen TV with DVD player in the living room and bedroom, and a radio with CD deck in the living room. Parking space No. 8 is available in the underground car park. Small pets are allowed. Please only non-smokers. Please note that in the high season it is necessary to book seamlessly or to leave a minimum period of 7, 10 or 14 nights between bookings. The minimum length of stay over the turn of the year is 4 nights. Both the consumption costs and the parking space are already included in the room price.
