Excellent location, close to the center ca. 3min and the beach ca. 3min. Area and size of the apartment Privacy right in the center. The owner is very nice and friendly. Private terrace and parking.

Old and smelly furniture. Old equipment. Hard and uncomfortable bed. Air condition only in the living room, in the bedrooms heat. Big stench in the bathroom from the sewer. Insufficient light in the whole house. Lots of mosquitoes on the terrace.
