The exclusive 2-room apartment is located in the 2nd Floor of the "Strandschlösschen" and offers holidays for high demands. Here you will feel right at home.
The apartment has a combined living and dining area with a small bay window, a bedroom and a bright, completely redesigned bathroom with walk-in shower.
The living / dining area includes a new and modern kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, microwave). Even with the morning breakfast with coffee and fresh rolls from the bakery within 2 minutes walking distance you can enjoy the direct view of the Baltic Sea or the pier.
The lovingly furnished living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo. From the adjoining furnished balcony you have a sensational overview of the Bay of Lübeck with unforgettable sunrises.
The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m), sufficient closet space, a shoe closet and another flat screen TV.
In the community cellar of the house there is a washing machine and a dryer, which can be used for a fee.
A parking space (number 10) is available in the rear parking lot.
In summer (approx. April to September) a beach chair is available free of charge.
Restaurants, bakery, pharmacy and other shops are within walking distance.
