地理位置非常好，就在武器广场与火车站中间，出门右拐是火车站左拐是武器广场，楼对面是政府工宫，因此门前每天有大量的警察在这里巡逻、执勤、站岗，非常安全。另外有厨房有客厅有锅碗瓢盆有独立卫生间。对能烧饭的人来而言非常好的。
床单、被褥颜色是暗紫红化纤物品，盖上去非常不舒服，就像盖了塑料布不透气，闷热。房间里没有空调也没有电扇，大厨橱都是上锁的，不能开，搞得衣服没有地方挂。客厅桌椅太破旧坐上去很不舒服。卧室的橱柜里面堆满了东西，想找条毛巾一摸都是化纤的不吸水，更谈不上太阳味。房东很忙疏于打理。住了三天只给了一卷草纸，毛巾自己找了一条，洗发液肥皂等等一概没有。有洗衣机、有烘干机，可烘干机里有物品，不敢用。好在天热没有大衣服，手洗洗算了。若房东稍微打理一下，用白色的床单床罩、每天送一卷卷纸，每天换一条毛巾，房价涨一点也是很值得的。 另外，每天凌晨两三点窗户外面都有年轻人拿着声音很响的播放机在唱歌，连续两晚被惊醒。
