Villa Simpatia A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps two people. From Villa Simpatia A you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea. You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the center of Palinuro, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Palinuro Porto Beach) at 1.2 km (roughly 0.75 miles).
Villa Simpatia A is located on the bottom floor of a villa. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Simpatia A we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Villa Simpatia A is one of the holiday homes available in a complex. The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and an hammock. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea. You will share the garden with guests staying at another nearby apartment.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; parking; linens and towels. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 150 (it is returned to you at check-out).

The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. The garden is equipped with a masonry bench, as well as with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. The garden is occasionally crossed by the guests of one other nearby apartment in order to reach the shared garden.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa, three armchairs and a desk. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through two French doors.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room climbing four steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room climbing four steps.

We stayed in the house for one week with our 5 months old son and it was perfect for us. We had a lot of space, the kitchen was well equipped and of course the garden and the view is incredible - I guess it has the best view in whole Palinuro.
The house is located on a hill but nevertheless, you only need a few minutes by feet to all the restaurants and the city center. Just as a note: with a baby stroller it could be a challenge, so we used only the baby carrier (but it would work if needed or you could also park at the beginning of the private drive down the little hill).
Massimo [the owner] is a very kind person - he suggested us a few nice beaches, restaurants etc at the beginning and always took care of us. Thank you for this great week, it was really relaxing for us!

L'immobile è perfettamente rispondente a quanto riportato sul sito. Molto bello, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni confort. Molto bello anche il giardino antistante, da cui si gode una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Il proprietario, sig. Massimo, è una persona gentilissima, disponibile e affabile.
Tutto è andato oltre le migliori previsioni. Villa simpatia sarà sicuramente la nostra scelta quando torneremo a Palinuro
