Super schoon en dichtbij centrum, winkels, faciliteiten Maar bovenal alles is er: heerlijke douche, bed, handdoeken en beddengoed ruiken heerlijk, kook gelegenheid, magnetron, koelkast, borden bestek kopjes maar ook thee koffie olie azijn peper zout. Echt super En…. Zeer gastvrije ontvangst door eigenaar. Attent. Vraagt tussendoor of alles naar je zin is menig je nog wat nodig hebt. Hulp bij parkeren enzovoorts

Weet dat de accommodatie zelf wat donker is, geen direct licht van ramen, wel bij slaapkamer aan de tuinzijde, maar t appartement is prima met veel kunstlicht verlicht. Voor ons geen enkel probleem, je kunt buiten in de tuin zitten en we waren gewoon veel in de stad en buiten Ik kan mij voorstellen dat t s zomers juist hierdoor koeler is.

The bathroom was incredible, great shower and also the garden area was lovely. Location was great and awesome local cuisine.

Air conditioning was only in the bedroom, not in the main living area/cooking area/second bedroom where the pullout bed was for our children. Front doors for the property were thin, made out of mostly glass and did not block out any sound/light from the street even with blinds. Temperatures were incredibly high as it was summer in Italy and when cooking the main living area was almost unbearable, even with the extractor fan unit, which made not a lot of difference. Cooking area was/is a single hob, meaning we couldn’t really cook anything substantial, no oven or microwave in the property, or even sharp knives for cutting vegetables. The Internet was also completely shocking. Being on holiday we didn’t intend to spend much time on the Internet, but the fact that it was slower than the data on my phone rendered it entirely useless. Netflix on the tv, but again this was entirely unusable due to bad internet. No windows in the main living room, whole apartment felt very boxed in. As well as the actual apartment having issues, I found the owner to be completely intrusive and over the top about everything - demanding passport photos before he would give access code for lock box, messaging me to say we had lost the remote for air conditioning unit and asking me to come back to find it, after we had checked out (which I did), when it was actually safely in it’s holder on the wall where I had put it, with no mention of the fact we left the place spotless. I was left at a loss to understand how they reached a 9.5 rating as the property seems still unfinished - a pile of tiles in the corner (that my son almost injured himself on), random ladders and tools in the garden area, and as mentioned no air con in the main areas of the property that need air con. Certainly not worth the price and begs belief why anyone would rate so highly. Not at all suitable for a family, or anyone but a person alone or couple.
