 The apartment is on the first floor, going up a stone staircase you reach a terrace where you can enjoy a good glass of wine and enjoy the view of the beautiful surrounding countryside and see the village of San Gimignano on the horizon with its famous medieval towers (located just 15 minutes away). The apartment has an area of 60 square meters and is divided into 3 rooms: living / dining room, kitchen with microwave, hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer and a small table, two very spacious bedrooms with services private with shower and flat screen TV. On request it is possible to add a cot or an adult bed. The apartment is furnished in Tuscan style with exposed beams, stone walls and wooden or terracotta floors. It has a shared outdoor area with table and chairs, deck chairs and a barbecue and swimming pool.
