The room was very big, nice, and clean. It is convenient from the Felipe Angeles Airport with a late evening arrival. It was less than a 30 minute taxi ride, and not as expensive as taking a taxi downtown. A good place to spend the night closer to that airport. Older reviews say they do not have breakfast, but that is not true anymore. You can scan a QR code in the room and see a menu. Then call and order room service. It is reasonably priced. They are open throughout the day, for lunch and dinner. And you can buy drinks and snacks at the desk.

The big spacious rooms and fast internet. Also they had a good selection of snacks for sale in the lobby for reasonable prices. The property is well maintained! Couldn't beat the price....

That bed was as hard as a rock 😠.. the two pillows that came on the bed were also very hard but I was able to get housekeeping to give me new softer pillows 👍.. Also there wasn't much around to walk to...

When we arrived at the hotel they told us that we have to wait half an hour because the dont have rooms; they were dirty so we have to wait like 45 minutes. My husband was sick and he need to sleep

Teníamos desayuno incluido y de 10 opciones, solo tenían 2, se acabó la fruta desde el primer día y ya no hubo en los siguientes 3 días, puro omelette y quesadillas, el servicio demasiado tardado pape había grupos grandes hospedados, en las recámaras de escuchaba música y ruido de los demás huéspedes. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien, las habitaciones cómodas, el personal amable, la ubicación bien

fatal las camas super duras,no hay aire acondicionado,incomodo,no tienes como planchar una camisa,no tiene secadora de pelo,la direccion de su mapa en el anuncio te manda a otra parte,los empleados del restaurante de mal humor la neta e estado en moteles de paso MAS AGUSTO

No tiene aire acondicionado y las camas son muy duras, la higiene fue otro tema, lamentablemente no fue de nuestro agrado.

Esta sobre la avenida, es de facil accesso.

Aunque es un hotel, tiene seccion de villas lo cual esta bien, sin embargo la parte de Hotel, tambien se nota un tanto prestado a Motel, y para viajar con familia puede ser incomodo.
