Good parking. Clean rooms and shared areas. Location convenient for train station. Practical shared kitchen, although could be better equipped.
Busy road, with traffic exceeding speed limit whilst accelerating up the hill causing noise and exhaust pollution. Poor state of outdoor areas - unfinished building work. Neglected garden.
