Good central location, close to grocery stores, restaurants and beaches. The apartment has two bedrooms on the upper floor, one with air conditioning, and a bathroom. The kitchen and living room, on the ground floor, are connected and have air conditioning; you can also sleep there on the extendable sofa. Two smaller balconies.
The place was clean and nice and had everything we needed. The host was nice, she didn't speak English, but we managed to communicate anyway.
Only one room had air conditioning. If you have leg pain and find it difficult to climb stairs, climbing down and up to the beach will be tough.

Great location - very central, up the stairs (128 of them) from the very centre of Brela.
Very clean and tidy.
Very well equipped - recently renovated, everything works, lots of towels, towel hooks, spare sheets, kitchen equipment. The owners really put some thought into what is needed and the house is very functional.
Two floors - kitchen / living room / bathroom / balcony downstairs, two bedrooms / bathroom/ balcony upstairs.
Didn’t bother us, but no parking.
Two charming balconies but no large terrace for al fresco dining.

The beds are really uncomfortable. They should be replaced with completely new ones.
