We really loved staying at Casa Violeta. Hélia is a very kind host and put in a lot of effort to make us feel at home. The house is super clean, which is very important to us. The pool and area surrounding it is very well maintained, it made us feel very good. You need a car, but if you rent one, everything is close in the area. Lagos, Monchique, Silvis, Portimao and Sagres. There is so much to do, and great beaches to explore within the area. The house has basic amenities and you can prepare your own meals. We really loved watching the sunset on the balcony and swimming in the pool. We can definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed here for 5 nights. This is a super one bedroom apartment on the top floor of a low rise building with a private south facing balcony with countryside views and beautiful sunsets. It was very clean, had a king sized bed and was fully equipped for use with a Smart TV, fast internet and everything you needed for a great holiday. Pool towels were provided too.
The resort is beautiful and very quiet…virtually had the pool to ourselves. A car is absolutely essential given its location but we did walk to the local village of Odiáxere which takes about an hour there and back. Great pizzeria and bakery. Meia Praia beach and Lagos only 10 minutes away.
Our host Hélia was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and she checked we were enjoying our stay. Thank you
