You provided clear instructions to get into the property.all managed via sms very well. Good price for the facilities good shower,washing machine , plenty of storage. Close to shops the touron and great access for trams to krakow town. Bed very comfortable and a quiet area at night.

Bed settee moves out when seated so not comfortable, personally didn’t like the very high breakfast bar would prefer lower.

The check-in instructions were clear, the apartment is located in a quiet area. The apartment had all the amenities we needed.

The biggest minus in our booking of this apartment is the communication with the intermediary company Noclegi Renters, who you can't reach by phone or write to when you really need it! We rented an apartment for 2 days and out of these two days I still didn't receive any help with solving my problem, namely the internet connection, in our time this is REALLY important, unfortunately there is no internet connection in the apartment, as stated in the description, so you will have to use your own internet, don't count on any quick help, at least a response from the intermediary. Also, the sofa in the living room didn't fold out, so you can't count on it either.
