Location , but interior is a bit worn / run down.
Could do with updating of appliances and vertical drapes.

Location is excellent. It's close to the beach and the main street attractions but in a lovely, quiet location. The apartment is very spacious and has a good outdoor balcony and easy access to the garden and the clothesline. There is a well equipped laundry and lots of cupboards. There are two good size bathrooms. The living room aircon is very good and the kitchen is quite adequate for a holiday.
The bedroom fans don't work and as there is no aircon in the bedrooms, this is rather stuffy, especially on a hot night. They should be fixed. The furnishings are quite dated, especially the vertical blinds. Some of which are missing or broken. The outdated furniture was not a problem for me, as a holiday rental, but the blinds need fixing or replacing.
