The coach was very uncomfortable, it's not suitable for two persons to sleep.

We made a reservation just before the stay, not in advance. Luckily, the apartment was ready less than in 1 hour after the late reservation. The host was pleasant and helpful. The location is superb - you are living almost in the pinewood (which is literally just steps away).
Coffee/tea could be provided at the apartment, but that's no big issue. Also only couple toilet paper rolls for whole weekend is not enough with couple of small kids, but we sorted this out ourselves. Even though location is great, there could be a cafe/shop within a walking distance (I mean kids walking distance), but there's hardly any choice around.

The location is quiet, near the woods and close to the sea.
We had an entire apartment of two bedrooms, living room connected to a kitchen, bathroom and a balcony. Very peaceful place to spend your vacation.

Everythere "savings" - no dishwasher, shower and water tap in kitchen works on "word of honnor", one toilet paper and so on ... either renovation is necessary or it's just a way of doing business.
Question about pets friendly as pet stay costs 25e.
