Hotel Ferré Boulevard

It does the job for a night. Away from tourist crowd. Friendly staff.

We had a breakfast in candle light because there was a power outage. I dont know if it was from the hotel or power supplier

The location was great. Staff was friendly.

The bathroom wasn’t well cleaned, the WIFI is inexistam. We only had one plug that worked on our room.

The staff, pretty attentive, ready to help with everything.

The room was not properly cleaned

Breakfast was decent and we liked that it was available from 05:00. We also liked the shower. We liked being met at the station by a staff member.

One issue was poor soundproofing. Another was a room with a window that was placed within an internal chimney, with an ajoining window into another vestibule, which made us worried about privacy. We also did not like the staff. Several instances with different members - we were met by a staff member at the train station with another couple staying at the hotel. The staff member completely ignored us and explained different points of interest and information to the other couple and not to us (so much so that the couple asked if we understood and repeated information for us). The second was asking a staff member to print out MP tickets urgently. He agreed, but spent ten minutes at the computer without printing or speaking, then attended to other guests. After 15 minutes, we had to leave as we were already delayed. Another, were two men who watched us at the breakfast buffet which was uncomfortable. Particularly, as the hot milk and coffee dispensers were mislabelled, and after pouring coffee on my cereal, the two men just watched me and did nothing. Afterwards, they did not change labels to correct places so I did so. Overpriced for the minimal time we were there, with blatantly poor staff, sound proofing issues and basic amenities. Would strongly avoid.
