Did not meet expectations

Scenery around the Hotel is very picturesque. There are two restaurants very close by within walking distance. There is a nice stream behind the property. The Hotel Manager is a very nice person.

Very noisy hotel. We were staying with our two kids. Due to the open living and sleeping layout we all had to go to bed at the same time. My wife and I were awake for a few hours as we could head the people staying above us walking around (floor boards creek very loud) and every time they used the water (shower, kitchen and toilet) the pipes made a very loud noise as they must be old. We were up until 11pm each time due to the noises. The Hotel for what we paid misses some very basic needs such as providing kitchen detergent and a kettle.

Exceptional

Hotel is well located in peaceful area near the ski slopes. Hotel is vintage with sharm we found very attractive. Staff was very friendly and serviceable. Apartment we had was comfortable, clean and warm fully functional Well-stocked mini market is located in hotel.

Grandhotel im Flair vergangener Zeiten, Spitzenlage generell und zum Wandern!

Frühstück nicht nötig, da ein Laden inbegriffen. Dort bekommt man alles. Zum Abendessen kann man z.B. gleich in der Nähe essen, oder geht/fährt etwas höher hinauf. Vom Grandhotel kann man verschiedene Wege gehen (gute Beschilderung). Auch vom Karerpass aus. Aber Vorsicht! Der Aufstieg/Abstieg unterhalb der "Latemarscharte" ist happig. Die Einstufung "mittel" stimmt dennoch. Viel Spaß!

Hatten ein Zimmer mit kleiner Küche. Sogar Induktion. Die Türen waren nicht mehr ok. , aber dieses Hotel ist eben sehr alt und hat seinen eigenen Flair! Damit ist es aber auch einzigartig. Ich liebe es!

Velmi milý a ochotný personál, skvělá poloha mezi horami, skvěle vybavená kuchyňka, obchod s potravinami přímo v budově (pečivo, ovoce, zelenina, mléčné výrobky, drogerie atd.), klidné místo dál od silnice, výchozí bod spousty túr, nic nám nechybělo :-)

Przemiły dyrektor hotelu, który spędził Erasmusa w Polsce. Dusza-człowiek! Hotel jest czysty, zadbany, choć starej daty. Pokój nieduży, aneks kuchenny schowany w szafie :) Ale na wyposażeniu wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze garnki, sztućce czy talerze. Malownicze otoczenie, piękne widoki, o ile chmury nie wiszą nisko i cokolwiek widać. Blisko do fajnej pizzeri. Market w tym samym budynku co Hotel.

Z minusów: - w naszym pokoju był dość specyficzny zapach, którym niestety przesiąknęły nasze ubrania. - w łazience ostatniego wieczora znaleźliśmy dość pokaźnego skorpiona. Skąd się wziął na drugim piętrze? To pytanie pozostaje bez odpowiedzi. - brak płynu do mycia naczyń i gąbki, co w kuchni raczej powinno być standardowym wyposażeniem.

ホテル前にバス停があり、ボルツァーノからの移動や他エリアへのアクセスが良かった。犬を連れていたが、犬も歓迎されて快適に過ごせた。

基本的には良いホテルですが、ベッドのマットレスの品質が低く、ベッドでは眠れなかったので、ソファで眠りました。

La struttura fuori è imponente e dentro si respira l'aria che poteva esserci molti anni fà quando era un Grand Hotel Noi abbiamo scelto una camera economy ma sicuramente ci sono camere molto più confortevoli. Arredamento molto retrò ma con il necessario per l'uso che si doveva fare. personale TOP

Noi nel bagno cieco non avevamo un aspiratore e se c'era non lo abbiamo visto o sentito consiglierei l'installazione. Ci sono molte potenzialità ma la struttura con condomini e multiproprietà probabilmente non ne hanno l'interesse. Si pensi che abbiamo firmato una petizione dove il Comune, proprietario della piscina da molti anni dentro il residence, non ha ancora cominciato la ristrutturazione. Bene che potrebbe essere comune per i turisti e residenti. ITALIA
