Catarina, the hostess was very helpful.

We had a problem with the door on our second day on this property. The lock wouldn't open, so we couldn't leave the place and I had to reschedule some attractions, causing some some stress. The hostess, Catarina, arrived shortly with a technician after we called, they managed to open the door and the problem was solved by the end of the day.

The apartment was very clean, well furnished for sheets, towels, pans, cutlery and the like, and the fridge/freezer had good capacity. The rooms were spacious as were the kitchen and living and dining room. A lot of space to store clothes and also groceries. The street was quiet, and there are amenities, buses and subway very nearby. Recommended for families, two couples or simply groups of friends.

The chest of drawers and bedsit tables in the main bedroom were slightly off putting due to their age and state, though we find no need to use them for storage given the other storage space.

Good big apartment. Lovely balcony, full kitchen with lot of cookware. 9 minutes walking to subway, bus stop in two minutes. Some restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

What was not obvious from apartment description - walking from subway includes very steep and long stair. So, if you have any movement restrictions and don't have a car, it could be a problem. Another thing to mention - great apartment kitchen comes almost without supplies (we found only pepper). It is not feasible to by salt, spices, cooking oil, tea, washer detergent for a short stay, so, it would be good to have such a things in place. Four tiny rolls of toilet paper also not enough. One more minor issue we have is outer lock on the street door. It is quite difficult to open - several attempts usually required.
