Enjoy the comforts of home while on your York Beach vacation. This is a 2 Bedroom cottage (1 Queen, 2 twin beds, 1 Queen sleeper sofa) is a 5 mins walk to Long Sands Beach (Garrison Ave). Complete with A/C, Gas Stove/Oven, Full size refrigerator, private deck with gas grill, beach chairs, and 2 off street parking spots. Bring your own linens and you are ready to relax.

We had a great stay at Lauren's cottage! It was as described, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 week stay. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices and appliances for making meals. It's a short walk to the beach and since we enjoy walking, we were able to avoid parking hassles, leave the car and walk to nearby restaurants/ice cream shops too. Lauren is very responsive, and she made checking in and out a breeze. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

The pictures can’t make clear how awesome this place is. It’s bigger than the photos too. The kitchen has everything, the beds and pillows are super comfy, there’s a washer and dryer. The deck and back yard are amazing after a day at beach. The beach is one street away, you can see it out your front door, even my five year old could walk there in under five minutes. It’s super quiet (we were there for the Fourth of July and it was still quiet!). We’ve stayed in other units in this house and this unit is hands down the best. Can’t say enough and can’t wait to come back.

This cute property was just a good size for my husband and me. The location is very good, close to the beach and shops, and the neighborhood is quiet.
Everything about this unit was well-cared for, and the spaces were all very well-supplied. If laundry can be fun, the new washer and dryer made it so! We enjoyed the peacefulness of the back yard while using the deck.
Communication with the owner Lauren was mostly prompt. There was inaccurate wi-fi info in our check-in instructions, but it was cleared up within a couple of hours. Overall, our stay was lovely, and we would certainly rent here again!

Cute & cozy very clean they supplied everything you need just bring your sheets & towels, They had blankets & quilts there but we didn't need them kitchen is stock with everything beach is right around the corner loved the deck in the back, very quiet nice neighborhood if you have questions Timothy, or Lauran respond right away
