About this house rental
DEAR GUEST! PLEASE FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES:
-If you book the house, you must stay unless you have discussed this in past with us and you will be personally responsible for the house.
-This Property is in deed-restricted Homeowner association and most HOA doesn’t like short-term rental places (Air B and B /VRBO) therefore we don’t want to rent and get red-flagged by HOA therefore help me by following the instructions.
-NO Random invites without prior permission.
-NO Throwing party or Parties.
-NO Loud music inside or outside, please respect our neighbors and if we get a complaint from neighbors, we will have to cancel the reservation and ask you to leave .
-No hanging out outside the front door
-Don’t just leave the front door open, we have nosey neighbors who will call the police just to harass you and me.
-NO smoking inside the house or front of the house. We allow smoking in the back of the house area and at least 5 feet away from the door.
-NO Pets without prior permission.
-upon check out, please follow all checkout instructions list.
-If you have more people staying at the house than listed on the reservation, you will lose your deposit.
-Anything missing upon Inventory upon check out.
-Missing garage door remote.
-Late Checkout without prior approval.
-Don’t have anything shipped to the house without prior permission.
-We provide make-up wipes/removers, please do not use towels as the towels get stained and we cannot use them for the next guest.
-Make-up stains on pillowcases/bed sheets and comforters.
-Don’t use towels or wash clothes to clean or wipe down your shoes.

Large house in Houston area Large 4500 sq ft house big back yard for large families. Fully stocked kitchen to cook, House big enough for large families. This house is in a deed-restricted community, we CANNOT have parties, unauthorized invites, or any events. Master bed down with king bed Second bedroom down with queen bed Bed 3 upstairs with 2 full-size beds Bedroom 4 and 5 with one queen each. Bedroom 6 with 4 single beds Game room with 4 single portable beds upon prior request.

First and foremost, the home is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is fairly well appointed. Fridge was stuck on crushed ice. Stove only had 2 functioning burners. A few light bulbs are out. Couches are comfy but some reclining portions are broken. To be fair, when I alerted the host about some of these issues, they sent maintenance out to see if they could fix the cook top, and since they couldn't immediately fix it, they provided an electric 2 burner hot plate so we could continue to cook. At one point, we were locked out because the code was somehow changed by cleaning crew and per directions we opened the lock box to get the emergency key, which was not there...but after calling the emergency numbers we were given a different code that worked. So just a minor setback. As far as cleanliness, there was some trash left behind when we arrived, plus a booger on the bathroom wall as mentioned in past reviews. The place could use a thorough deep cleaning. Not terrible though. The best thing about this place was, it was large enough to stay comfortably with our crew of 10 adults plus a few young kids. Beds were comfy enough. The master suite is huge and very nice. Living areas have abundant space. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. And the host, while very strict, was pretty responsive. I did ask if we could have my sister and her fiance's family over for dinner one night (they live near the vrbo) and was told I could not which was disappointing, but was listed in the rules

This house was perfect for our family for our daughter’s wedding weekend. Plenty of space for gathering when we wanted and bedroom space when we needed alone time. Great proximity to restaurants and stores. Highly recommended!

During our stay the A/C was set to 70 degrees but the temp in the house never went below 75 and it was in the high 90's outside (we left all the drapes and blinds closed as well) The master bedroom was the hottest room in the house and the bed was awful. So, we went up to the 2nd level to the twin bedroom and it was the coolest room although we did have to sleep in in twin beds there in order to enjoy the tv and be semi cool. The back door looked like it had been kicked in before and the outside trim was hanging. The walls inside had a lot of stains on them and the house really needs an overall good deep cleaning. The living room furniture was in bad shape and needs to be replaced. The amenities were very limited. Now the positive. The lay out of the house is beautiful and it could be a wonderful property to stay in with some work. I am thankful that we were able to get into this place last minute due to the original rental that I paid for not being accessible not thanks to the host of that one. That is a whole other story. I would not stay here again or recommend it until some things are taken care of.
