I liked that it was close to the beach. Mr Pon was very friendly when we met him.

The bathroom was outside. The toilet and shower were outside the room. There was no hot water. I was just concerned for bugs in the toilet. The curtains didnt close the window and door at the walk way very well but it was ok for one night. Considering the price you cant expect much more

The host was delightful. No one books a homestay at this price for luxury, they book it for the experience and richness it offers which is what you’ll get here. Good conversation, hospitality, home cooked food and local knowledge- Pon offers it all and we are grateful for the experience he gave us. He also put us in touch with a fisherman who took us out nighttime squid fishing and also a taxi driver to take us on to our next destination for far less that Grab prices. Thanks for our stay 😀

The property is amazing, it’s a home stay with Pons family. They are all really friendly and kind, cooking food and sharing local knowledge.

Room with bathroom means bathroom in the balcony - expect bugs and mosquitoes, not privacy. Strong air condition and fan, mediocre WiFi, some electricity sockets did not work in our room (the one with sea view). Rooms get noisy early from the nearby busy road. Positives are that the owner is very friendly and can help with arranging taxi to Quy Nhon (Grab drivers didn't want to come when we tried), the rooms are very cheap (for Bai Xep), it's just 5 minutes walk from the beach and cheap cool local beer is available. We tried to eat here once (lunch) and had digestive problems afterwards so never tried again.
