The owner went above and beyond to accommodate our family, from arranging transport from the airport to let us find something in the apartment for our first morning. Also during the stay she made sure we received excellent communication and that we had all we required. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable enough for 5 people with good spaces. It has all major equipment including air conditioning and a washing machine which is a plus. The price for the money is fabulous. The swimming pool was cleaned every day and overall pretty quiet. Great holiday overall

Only that the apartment is on a slightly hilly path and therefore the walk to the beach or the closest grocery could be challenging in rush hours with the heat and all.

Comfortable, well-equipped kitchen and generally; lovely bright dining space with good views. Host very prompt and helpful. 10 minute walk to the beach. Close to bus stop to town centre, and easy to find. Quite area.

Extra charge of €30 to check-in and out and for washing towels and bedding - not specified on the booking site. No shops nearby, so car would be useful (though not essential). Other than that all very good.

As I said beside beds everything else was great! Location on the hill side with amazing pool and sea views, 2 air cons, everything in the kitchen plus electric bbq! We didn't cook but for breakfast, kettle and toaster are there plus we used bbq twice for late dinner. Pool is just 5 metres away with open view from apartment. Since the apartment is hill positioned count on around 15 mins walking to La Matta beach and nearest shop is around 500m away. We rented a car in advance because it's way easier for us plus almost every day we went somewhere (from Aqualandia Benidorm, Rio Safari Elche, La Zenia Boulevard shopping mall etc etc for really amazing holidays :)) I need to say that communication was great with Fernanda. Since KLM delayed our flight so instead arriving afternoon we arrived very late but her assistant met us with no problems at all! Overall experience was 9/10 just because of those poor 2 beds otherwise it would be 11/10! :) :) Anyway we're looking forward to go back next year.

Only one double bed deserves positive feedback. Single bed has strange legs layout so when our daughter sat on in (where goes the cushion) she felt because bed lift in the air because of her weight was only on one side of the bed but without leg support (we didn't see that as we arrived very late and she went to bed straight) After that experience she was afraid to sleep there any more (she's 10y). Double bed upstairs is definitely uncomfortable. Mattress is either very old or the cheapest one. Since our holidays were great, and apartment is great with everything in the kitchen etc etc I felt I needed to say this about beds because that's the only downside for money taken.. Everything else is top notch!!
