Escale Ugine

Logement propre et bien équipé (grand frigo+congélateur, four, microonde, plaque chauffante, TV, Wifi). Il est placé au rdc devant la route mais les fenêtres sont bien isolantes et la chambre donne à l'opposé de la route. La chambre est composé d'un divan convertible et de deux lits matrimoniaux superposés. Le propriétaire est réactif et arrangeant, c'est très appréciable. Appréciable aussi, la boulangerie-pâtisserie, juste à côté, qui permet d'avoir du bon pain frais.

Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec le centre-ville d’Ugine ainsi que la boulangerie située juste à côté du logement, ce qui est très pratique.

L’arrivée dans le logement est facile avec de bonnes explications et une boite à clé qui permet une arrivée et un départ autonome. Le logement était propre. La boulangerie à côté du logement est appréciable.

Les couchages et oreillers sont très inconfortables. La route devant le logement est bruyante.

Bath (had to use plug from kitchen sink though). Oven (worked well despite being filthy).

Child upstairs stomping around all day and late into the night. Saw woman and child on stair case and had lovely chat, informed her i was staying for several days and could hear them stomping - so the stomping got worse. Misrepresentation of facilities. Dirty cutlery. Noisy automated heater and hot water service that seemed to also be for other apartments so gas ignition pop constantly day and night. Front door almost impossible to close and neighbours front door similarly, so having to slam the door several times to get it to close. Disgusting chunks of food on cutlery in drawer. The property owners list a multitude of items that are free, etc, that do not exist and have nothing to do with the property and are not even nearby. Claim there are smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors THERE ARE NONE! The bedding reeked of detergent perfume so bad had to cover it over and use other bedding. Oven was filthy. Rising damp throughout the building. No on-site parking despite the claim there is. 200m walk from public carpark in the torrential rain. Bizarre extremely late check in. Absolutely no mountain views. Outside and entrance obviously never cleaned, disgustingly dirty, dusty, dank.
