Die hervorragende Lage.
Handtücher konnten nirgendswo zum Trocknen aufgehängt werden. Es gab keine Küchenhandtücher für das Geschirr.

Die Lage ist perfekt – sehr zentral direkt Nähe Rialto Market. Kurze Wege zur Vaporetti Station und auch das Allilaguna (Wasserbus-Transfer vom Flughafen) hält an der Rialto-Brücke. Viele nette Baccari direkt um das Apartement. Die kleine Dachterasse ist super um den ersten Espresso am Morgen zu genießen.
Der Aufstieg zum Apartment ist für ältere Menschen eher anstrengend – oberstes Stockwerk. Generell ist das Apartment etwas in die Jahre gekommen und würde eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Ausstattung (z.B. Weingläser) ist auch sehr spartanisch. Ein paar Haken um seine Jacken aufzuhängen wären auch gut, ebenso ein Handtuchhalter o.Ä. im Badezimmer wäre wünschenswert ;)
