honestly, the location is great, right in the center of town, walking distance to the castle and everything you'd need. Facilities are great and i feel i lucked out with the Terrece bc i couldnt have asked for a better first stay in Spain. Host was lovely and despite my limited Spanish, she was kind and patient. I didn't get to say goodbye but I wish i had so i could tell her all these things - great stay, highly recommend

stove top would be nice but the grill taught me patience lol - but still that wasn't a big deal, more of a preference. i cant even knit pick bc the stay was actually a dream.

Quaintly decorated and very comfortable. The outdoor kitchen was clean and the BBQ was great. Lots of space to relax.

Inside was quite dark

This place is amazing - the hosts have clearly put their heart and soul into creating a wonderful and unique property which is tastefully renovated whilst retaining the character and historical features. The owners have put a lot of thought into the needs of their guests. From the fabulous creative decor to the little details like thick gorgeous fresh smelling towels, selection of teas and coffees, helpful instructions and leaflets about the local area and the huge comfy bed it provided us with the perfect accommodation. The outside area was perfect for chilling out and whilst we didnt use the outside kitchen it was kitted out really well and we honestly couldn't have asked for more. The location is brilliant right in the historic centre and you can walk to the castle and the Roman amphitheatre. There are local bakeries and traditional bars and restaurants a stones throw away. The only pity was that we were only staying for one night. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful property

SAGUNTO itself, beautiful historic town. Entrance to the property beautiful , general look of the apartment is quite well done - albeit not to a professional standard.

TOTAL LACK of instructions (prior to arrival )to gain access to the property. We had a wait of TWO HOURS upon arrival before we EVENTUALLY were able to gain access! Even then , this was only because of the intervention of Booking.com staff. MULTIPLE CALLS to two different numbers supplied by the owners went unanswered. EVENTUALLY , after Booking.com staff had obtained the information re the key code AND we had spoken with two other residents , were we able to gain access to the room . ONLY AFTER ALL of this took place did we receive a WHATSAPP telling us how to gain access into the apartment. , not a personal apology from the owner note , just a whatsapp message with some information . Lack of ' cleaning materials '. Shared , OUTDOOR kitchen sink . General attention to detail - various light bulbs not working ,lattice work on one outdoor chair broken which fortunately did not do any damage but should not have been left like that in the first place, a notepad and pen/pencil would have been nice to have available.
