the location was in a quite place and there was a garden as well and the staff was very nice to us .The breakfast was delicious and the comfort was really awesome

The property is good.

The services particularly the response of manager in arranging snacks/tea. Secondly in one bathroom, the glass was clear and when the manger was asked to replace his response was very poor stating that he cannot do anything. He even refused to cover it with paper but after taking to senior, he could barely manage fixing a newspaper over it.

The staff (forgot their names) behaviour was very good. Once we brought issues to their notice, they tried to address the issues to the best of their abilities and within their limits. The location and breakfast were good. Naukuchiyatal, and Kamaltal were walking distance (about 1km). Nice to walk in the morning. Relaxing atmosphere. Bhimtal was at a distance (5-6 kms; I walked) but not as relaxing because of traffic. There was too frequent power-cuts; the management is not responsible though. Power back-up was available.

The management offers one bottle (1L) of drinking water per room per day as complimentary. Thereafter, it charges almost double the MRP of the water bottle for drinking water (a basic need). Bottled water at MRP was available within walking distance. For two of us, about 3 L of water per day per person for 4 days, it was a botheration to fetch so much water for basic need. It is not just the money, but a basic facility for a relax living that too after paying reasonable room rent. Every utensil, crockery, electric kettle in the room, furniture, almirah, etc need much attention. Cleaning also needs attention. There was no restriction of ordering/bringing and having non-veg food inside the room. The management could consider providing a microwave/oven in the dining/common space for heating such food.
