L’appartement est agréable avec ces deux façades opposées qui génère un courant d’air ou t’as pas besoin de la climatisation. Le plus important c’est le calme pour se reposer, une belle vue sur le port et de bon voisinage.

-Le calme ( vue fabuleuse sur le port ), l'agencement de l'appartement -La proximité de la plage,de l'avenue piétonne qui longe la mer et des restaurants.(en particulier Les Vedettes)..du centre ville Et aussi... -En ville,le petit bus gratuit pour des déplacements intra- muros -la proximité de lieux historiques à visiter.( Perpignan, Collioure, Castelnou,l'arboretum de Canet.....

Juste un robinet dans la baignoire car pas évident de remplir la baignoire avec la douchette.
