View was beautiful, property was nice.

The staff interaction ruined the entire experience, as requested by the owner two months prior to the visit I paid a 30% deposit via international bank transfer. The last communication I received from the owner was thank you and I didn’t hear anything until the day we arrived for check in when a lady was asking for the full 292 euro amount. Then I got on the phone with the owner who wasn’t sure if he had received the money even after I followed his exact instructions on the bank account number to deposit into, and in the 2 month period before the stay there was no issue. The I paid the remaining 2200 dirham to a lady and asked for a receipt but she didn’t give me one. The owner then said I needed to go to the bank with her the next day? While I am on holidays? Unfortunately this made the stay really uncomfortable and we couldn’t wind down and enjoy ourselves. To make matters more uncomfortable without any communication a lady was underneath on the bottom floor making noise until midnight on our last night. We thought someone had broken in it was not nice. There was no communication yet again from anyone. And then when we went to checkout I communicated the night before we were leaving at 9:30am and where to leave the keys. No communication back so our taxi driver communicated in Arabic to the woman in the bottom floor, probably a cleaner. It was hands down our worst experience in an 8 week holiday.
