Green Bowl Beach Villas

Wonderful staff, good breakfast of fruit with a version of a full English (tomatoes, egg, meat (bacon or sausages) and toast) the hut was perfect, clean, had a safe and a big bed and a wardrobe and desk with tea and cofeee making facilities and a mini fridge. Milk on request. And the staff were very nice. Loved the outdoor shower! It had an overhang to protect against rain but was a lovely tiled stone wash area. And water bottles were refilled every day

The pool was nice but a bit green from algae on the tiles so may be due for a clean. Same for the sun loungers, maybe time for a clean

I loved staying at Green Bowl. I wish I could've stayed longer. My room was very large and comfortable, with everything I needed, including a wardrobe and writing desk. The bathroom was outside but private, covered and adjoining, which I thought was unique and cool. It even included a big spa tub. Breakfast was great, served outside at the dining area, and there was water and tea/coffee provided in my room. My cabin had a nice front porch with a lovely view. I enjoyed the refreshing pool and beautiful gardens surrounding everything, especially the plumeria trees and lotus flowers. Wi-Fi worked great. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There were some very sweet kitties wandering around the property.

There was some construction going on, but it didn't bother me. The location is a bit far from everything, not really able to walk to places. However, it is easy enough to get a Grab or rent a bike to get around. Just wanted to mention it so others are aware. I took a Grab to visit Pandawa Beach, which was close by and lovely.

Great breakfast the location is good if you have transport like a scooter

Several power outages

It was an interesting location, remote but with good possibilities to eat at the resturant down the road or order in with Grab. The staff were friendly and always very helpful. They have scooters to hire so getting around was no problem, but we did walk to the Wood Shack on more than one occassion, so it is possible. Having the bathroom outside was interesting, but it worked.

There were no towel rails which would have come in handy to hang up our towels, and a handtowel at the basin would not have gone amiss.
