Thank you for the warm welcome with a wine on the table.
Everything was good but only 1 thing I got disappointed. They didn’t put the carte d’hôte in the room and told to get from the office. Other than that all was good

Basic but cosy, more local information would have been good
Bed was very cosy. Property was basic but just what we needed with an hob, microwave and dishwasher. The apartment is very near the bus stops and local supermarket. The train station is about a 15 mins walk down hill Naiome and Fermin were very helpful and let us store our bags at the happy rentals office on the last day as we had a very late flight.
It would have been helpful to have a welcome booklet in the apartment with information about the area (e.g. where to find the supermarket, bakery, bus stops, best way to travel to slopes, the fact that there is a ski store in the basement, etc.). It took us a while to find the bus stops as they’re not on google maps. Happy rentals have information on their website but it is genetic about Chamonix and doesn’t contain much information about Les Houches (where the apartment is). It would also have been good to have cleaning products in the apartment as you have to clean it before you leave & we had to buy stuff to clean it with. The lights in the bed didn’t work which was a little annoying

Superb

Although in an easily accessible location, there might be some noise because of the highway behind the building and the local road in front of it. Anyway, we didn`t have troubles sleeping at night. The two bunk-beds are located in the corridor and the double bed in the living room is surrounded by the walls of an alcove from three sides - somewhat bothersome if you are on the inside and want to get up at night. Otherwise, the mattresses and the linens were very comfortable (my back pain disappeared :-))
