The property is very clean. Bed was comfortable. The plum brandy as a welcome was nice gesture and herbal tees availability. The wi fi was good as well speed of it. The building does have operational elevator. The price is affordable.

The bathtub should have sliding door installed when some is showering to not spill water everywhere in the bathroom even trying hard not to. shower head should be installed higher and changed to the modern shower head. They are many on markets. The toilet brush handle is loose and every time I was made attempt to use it, brush falls in the toilet. Again, so many are on the markets. Washing machine was dirty inside (rubber around see through door). This was probably from previous washings. It does not hurt to check the cleanliness of the washing machine from time to time. it could be nice if few more hangers are placed in the cabinet.

Sve u svemu, jedno veliko razočaranje, unatoč ljubaznoj i vrlo susretljivoj vlasnici, te odličnoj lokaciji.

Lokacija je odlična. Domaćini, točnije gospođa je vrlo prikazan, te nas je dočekala unatoč poprilično kasnom terminu dolaska.

Unatoč rezervaciji koju smo napravili 4,5 dana unaprijed, dočekala nas je hladna voda u bojleru. S obzirom da je bilo ljeto, a putovanje nam je trajalo cijeli dan, ne moram naglašavati koliko je to bilo neugodno iznenađenje. Kad smo kod kupaonice, wc školjka je potpuno smrdana i praktički neupotrebljiva radi toga. Dočekao nas je samo jedan veliki ručnik. U kupaoni ne postoji niti jedna vješalica za ručnike, kao niti tepih, pa morate stati direktno na gole pločice. Kada nije zaštićena sa zavjesom ili nekim vratima, pa prilikom tuširanja kupaona ostane dosta poprskana. U kuhinji ne postoji kanta za smeće, a mravi su je doslovno okupirali. Kuhalo za vodu skoro pa je neupotrebljivo koliko je već upotrebljavano, te se jako neugodno osjeti. S obzirom da dosta putujemo, dobro možemo procijeniti i primijetiti kada je smještaj loš ili dobar. Nažalost, ovaj je razočarao pa smo prvi put odlučili promijeniti ga usred boravka. Nismo morali, izdržali bi i tu drugu noć, ali smo tako odlučili. Ovaj detaljni opis radim isključivo sa ciljem da potakne vlasnike smještaja da čim prije nešto naprave po pitanju ispravaka spomenutih manjkavosti. Vlasnike sam, naravno, obavijesti o svemu, i zaista ću vjerovao da se spomenute, ali i neke sitne nespomenute manjkavosti isprave čim prije.

realno apartman je 9, ali zbog ljubaznosti vlasnice, prosto ne mogu da spustim ocenu. Sve je super bilo, prava ljudskost i prijatnost. Mala zamerka na grejanje u stanu Krevet, posteljina i balkon su neverovatni!
