Дуже зручне розташування: поряд магазини, річка. Гарні краєвиди. У будинку достатньо місця, прекрасний вид з вікна, тихо. Не потребує доплат за дрова, мангал.
Видно що намагалися зробити гарно, але не якісно, все трохи ушатане. Мʼякі матраси на ліжках. Диван у вітальні - не зручний для сну
