The Town House Kinsale, Hosted by Exquisite holiday homes, sleeps 16

This is the perfect home for a group trip to Kinsale. The location is excellent, only a few minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants. The kitchen is extremely well kitted out and the place is very clean. Check in was very easy and instruction very clear.

Parking can be hard to find if you come at busy time but that's the joys of being in a central location in kinsale. No shower gel/shampoo provided in bathrooms

Location and bedrooms

No welcome poster but plenty of ‘If you make noise after 10pm in backyard, etc you will be asked to leave’. Lots of ‘do not do this’ flyers but as I said, no welcome ones. The backyard is tiny and looks over back of flats. The fridge was ‘out of order’ so a smaller fridge was put in corner. Very dark with plastic flowers in the window. Parking a nightmare. I was with a group of 6 women on a golfing holiday…it was ‘ok’ and served a purpose as it is very central. My husband and friends stayed here previously and thought it was fine. 🤷‍♀️

Large clean very modern

For some reason it has two washers but no washer/dryer combo machine .

Houses was comfortable and big enough for the 10 of us. Location was great right in the middle of the town. Although the house was on the side of the street it was not noisy. In busy season parking could be an issue as it is street parking so pot luck on where you can get a parking spot you dont have to pay for

I felt for the price we paid which was not cheap the house could have been better equipped. There was not enouth toilet roll for 2 night for 10 people. The kitched lacked basics such as kitchen roll, cling film tinfoil, no coffee pods supplied for the coffee machine, teabags. The basic things I would expect in any rental property that is marketing it self as higher end and is priced accordingly
