Luxury Penthouse Apartment

The property is located in the quiet part of Lo Pagan, away from the main street, but still a short 12 min walk to the Playa de Villananitos and all the local restaurants. The property is on 1st floor of the building overlooking the enclosed pool area and with a private and well equipped solarium where you can enjoy the breezy nights near Mar Menor. The apartment is extremely clean. It has 2 good size bedrooms, a very well equipped kitchen and a stylish living room. The host was very responsive and the person that met us at the property for the keys was lovely and timely. Would definitely stay there again when in San Pedro!

El apartamento es precioso, tanto la casa como la zona común de piscina, todo muy limpio! La casa tiene todo lo necesario, las camas muy cómodas . La piscina está muy bien, y con zona que no cobre para los niños. Es una urbanización MUY TRANQUILA! Tanto el propietario como la persona que nos entregó las llaves, han sido muy majas y hemos tenido muy buena comunicación. Hablan en inglés, pero con los traductores no ha habido ningún problema para comunicarnos. La casa está algo retirada de la playa deLopagan, pero nosotros hemos ido en coche y han sido 4 min escasos. Hemos estado muy agusto, y si volviéramos a la zona, repetiremos! Mil gracias a Ray y a Michelle!

Michelle met us at the property much later than was expected because our flight was delayed. She was very friendly and showed us around the lovely apartment.

Location of the apartment is very good, close to bars and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable, there is a balcony and a roof terrace with a BBQ. We didn't use the pool area but this was by choice, it looked very inviting. We had a query with the air-conditioning settings, Ray (the owner) was very quick to respond and help. In short, brilliant apartment in a great location 10/10
