The staff are so so so friendly and helpful. The owners are lovely people and work so hard. Our cleaner was also a lovely woman. The pool has a bar to the side with plenty of drinks and snack options and really good prices. The rooms are really big and very clean. We used google translate to help us communicate with the staff and it worked perfectly. The hotel seems like it may not be close to anything, but when you cross the road and head towards the beachfront (only a few minutes walk) there are lots of lovely restaurants to choose from. Also extremely close to supermarkets for most basic needs. Our flight home was very late, and we were able to use another room in the hotel until our transfer collected us at 8:30pm for a reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend!

This wasn’t a big problem for us but just be aware that block B does not have a lift/elevator, so might not suit anyone with mobility issues. Not sure about the other blocks.

Excellent place to stay. Crystal Clear Beach very close to the apartments, 2 minutes walk. Last year stayed and this year again. Staff members are great too

The apartment was big and quite clean and had two bathrooms but is in a need of small repairs and that is why made an impression of a bit neglected.

The location is not very fortunate. It is quite close to the beach, maybe 7 minutes but you need to cross quite a busy road.

The location was great and quite close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartments were spacious, lovely and cleaned daily, which was amazing. Daily clean towels on offer. The pool was clean, perfect water temperature and not overcrowded. The whole family enjoyed it very much but wifi real disappointment.

No such thing as wifi everywhere in the complex. When I complained I was told there wasn’t anything they could do about it. They didn’t even try to fix it- please do not advertise that you have wifi everywhere. One of the showers only had lukewarm water and not hot, one of the socket was not working. The TV channels are a complete joke- terrible quality- you couldn’t see much. Again when I told the receptionist she shrugged her shoulders. This is not want people are paying for so instead of giving excuses just be more helpful and sympathetic but unfortunately that’s the way things are run in BG. Towels changed every day and rooms cleaned too but the cleaners didn’t leave any shampoos/conditioners after cleaning the room. Why? Simple and basic expectations.
