Great Relaxing Stay

Great space. Very clean. Nice area close to public transport links. Balcony was lovely for relaxing on. All cooking essentials available. Would definitely stay again!

Very good

Very quiet. I slept very well. I was only passing by to assist to a concert but I would stay there again if I need to be in Stuttgart in the future. Nice balcony with a cool view.

Hot water takes a while to come in the shower but once it's there it's plenty warm.

Good

The host was lovely and very discreet. Shops are 10 min walking distance. The kitchen is fully equipped. The room is located not further than 100m from the Züricher strasse tram stop. This also means you can hear the tram in the evening if the windows are open.

The linen and the facilities are basic, the finish is poor and botched in many places. If you don't expect a luxury accommodation, then this is great!

Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe im blauen Schuh -))

Geworben wird mit direkt beim Wizeman-Areal, das stimmt, aber das man dazu einen Berg hinaufsteigen muss und 1 guten KM Fussmarsch vom Wizemann hat, davon steht nichts. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, die Einrichtung altbacken, das ganze Haus sehr hellhörig. Dazu kommt das das Bett mit einem Eichenbrett vergleichbar war, von Komfort keine Spur.

Ruhige Wohnung mit Balkon - klein und fein :)

Die kleine Wohnung war gut ausgestattet inklusive einer Küchenzeile. Der Balkon hat es mir angetan und ich habe meinen Morgenkaffee dort stehend sehr genossen. Die ruhige Lage und die schnelle Erreichbarkeit des Wizemann-Areals haben mich auch überzeugt.

Leider habe ich keine Antwort auf meine Nachfrage nach einem Parkplatz bekommen, hatte aber Glück, in der Straße eine Lücke gefunden zu haben. Leider konnte auch ein späterer Check-out nicht realisiert werden. Es flogen einige dicke Fliegen umher, die ich nicht herausgescheucht bekam.

Es sehr heimelig und da zum Konzert im Wizemann war extrem günstig gelegen aber auch die Anbindung zur Stadt war sehr sehr gut. Komme gerne wieder

場所が良かったです。交通の便利が良かった。部屋も可愛いくて、キッチンで調理も出来て良かったです。また泊まりたいです。

少し寒い時期だったので､部屋の床が冷たく感じたのでもう少し絨毯があれば良かったです。

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage, sehr nah an der Location „Wizemann“

Gut ausgestattete Küche, schöne Lage, bequemes Bett, sauber, traumhafter Balkon.

Küche und Bad hat man oben für sich, aber sind offen zum Rest des Hauses, wo man durch den Kontaktlosen Check-in nicht weiß wer noch so da ist. Mit einer zusätzlichen Tür oder alternativ einem Akustikvorhang wäre das etwas angenehmer.
