Nice new building, quiet neighborhood, close to the beach.
The appartment is roomy and clean with 3 bathrooms.
There was no sharp knife :-)

I like location, apartment is big, light, comfortable to stay with 4 people. It was clean.
*The owner is harsh person! He was sharing opinion that I need to respect him more than he should respect me, because he is older then I am! I am sorry, I came to vacation for rest, I had no plans to have such discussions!
*Water in shower was almost warm, we experienced hot water only twice in ten days.
*We were staying 4 in apartment but got only two keys, owner didn’t want to give more. After some discussion about respect we got 4 key cards
*in apartment was problem with electricity, after walk me and my friend came home, approximately 10 pm, and we had no electricity, I was calling owner and got respond, wait for tomorrow! After some arguing owner fixed electricity!
*I believe the owner is good person but he has problems with polite communication!
