Close proximity to the station. Plenty of space within room and well equipped & clean, simple instructions to check in.

An oven or microwave would have been useful. Trams running passed did shake the room, however this became much less noticeable as time passed.

Was prepared with everything, coffee, sugar, soap etc

Sadly due to the nice and central location, the tram vibrates everything and does noise every 5 minutes or so. Didn’t annoy me at all, as the big tv and air condition easily mutes it :)

This place was very cozy and felt looked after. The check in was very easy and you share a hallway with the other rooms, which if you get in early you can leave your bags, so if you are trusting you can do that, we did and so did the other two rooms it seemed. There are no staff around or reception, so you need internet to ensure you can contact them and get the check in codes and details. It was a bit out of the way from the bus terminal and the town centre, but only a short walk to all and the trams were being worked on, so I’m sure if that was finished the tram to the bus would have made it a very convenient location. Overall loved it.

Clear instructions to check in. Great location for easy access to attractions and quiet at night to rest.

No elevator to get the luggage up to the 2nd floor. Room is a little small if prefer to stay in a larger space.
