This is a new renovation of a rustic concrete building. So it was clean and up to date. it was convenient to Kastela Marina for for our charter. Although it has a nice view, since it is top floor (2 flights of stairs) in late June, it bakes hot in the summer. There are two bed rooms but only AC in the living room. we checked in late, about 6 pm. and opened the windows to cool it down. we went to dinner and when we came back cranked the one AC in the living room. it was so hot I moved the master mattress to the living room floor, and the other single bed room got the fan. the host was very nice and there son luka greeted us.
AC is in living room, so on hot summer nights bed room are warm
