We loved our stay at this house -- especially our time on the back deck right over First Encounter Beach and Cape Cod Bay. The house is small but has all the amenities one could want, and is beautifully decorated.

This property is a little slice of heaven. It’s quaint but there’s plenty of space for anything you need. The private beach was incredible because the public beach next door is quite busy so having a dedicated area to set up is very nice. Just a short drive from some great restaurants and there’s a quick convenient store just a few minutes down the road. I highly recommend this property and I’ll definitely be back one day.

My sister and I stayed at Mazi’s Cottage this past weekend. The views were incredible! The cottage had everything you could possibly need. It was clean and welcoming! We want to book again for next year! If I had one suggestion it would be to have cushions on the deck lounges.

The furniture is old and tired. They could spend a little money and upgrade the furniture especially the living room sofa and chairs. They could do a little landscaping around the property. The location is fantastic. They wouldn't have to do much to make this a really great little getaway. With all that said the view was awesome.
