My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such genuine warmth and hospitality. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, and we were made to feel incredibly welcome right away. What truly sets this hotel apart is its amazing staff. Every single employee we encountered, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. They were always happy to offer recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and their cheerful attitudes really made our trip special. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Приехали в Стамбул и снова заселились в отель Pelican ) Персонал был очень рад нам , предоставили отличные чистые номера, в номере очень удобные матрасы , чистое, белое постельное белье, отличная душевая кабина, напор воды супер, сантехника хорошая, все чисто и уютно. в каждом номере есть чайник , каждый день пополняют кофе, чай, сахар, дают воду - это просто прекрасно, не все отели Стамбула предоставляют такие услуги! Завтраки стали разнообразные , вкусные -несколько видов сыра , семиты свежайшие , вкусные , масло, мёд, разные варенье, яйца, сосиски, картофель, колбаса, разные салаты, помидоры , огурцы , молоко , хлопья -быстрый завтрак, а чай обалденный - очень, очень вкусный! Девочкам кто делает уборку в номерах отдельное огромное спасибо , они большие молодцы, всегда идут на встречу при любой просьбе! Вечером очень уютно посидеть и пообщаться в холле этажом выше там много места , удобные диваны и кресла) На ресепшене всегда дружелюбный и отзывчивый весь персонал! За все вам огромное спасибо!
