Location was perfect, close to everything and view was awesome. Little loud at night but that's to be expected with the clubs down the road.
Pull out couch didn't pull out and was heavily stained in who knows what... Privately owned and didn't realize till too late so was worried about how clean the place actually was, but it looked clean at least

There was no hot water & no Aircon as advertised. these would have made a better stay. how the room was advertised and what I got were very different, older. I didn't realize it at the time of booking but paying $135 extra for a clean (and especially for a one nighter) was a bit hefty.
