We rented small apartment. It was clean. Hot water was available. Quite location. Parking place in the backyard. Owner allowed to left our car for few additional hours.
Sofa in the living room is a bit uncomfortable and a bit old, would be nice to renovate it. Backyard looks not fully safe (but we had no problem at the end)

Location is very good Parking is free Price is good
The entrance to parking was high so I scratched inferior part od car. The A/C was stinky so we couldnt use it. Bed was very umcomfartable. There was some filthy marks on the walls
