I am wheelchair user and this is my review. The location is around 30-40 minutes by car/taxi from Zadar. The plus is good and pure nature, not so many people as in Zadar (in my time there were only locals) minus is distant from Zadar, although there is a small shop in the center of village (that has only been preparing to work) and two cafes (one is 500 m, another is around 1 km from us). Near the house are the beaches of the Adriatic Bay. The first stone beach is right behind the house. The second sand beach is around 500 m (here is the cafe). The sea near these beaches is very shallow, that is good for fast water warming and is very suitable for kids. We were in the middle of May and the sea was still cool, only to go barefoot in the water, not to bathe. For disabled I couldn't find the proper place to get into the sea, except someone helps you. The house consists of several apartments. In our apartment were two bedrooms, the kitchen with all stuff, conditionig system. The shower was for me not suitable. There is a balcony with a table and chairs. There are several parking places. A very pleasant hostess Dushanka. She is a very kind and care woman. Despite of not truly summer weather, we enjoyed our holidays. We were delighted by nature, fresh mountain-sea air, and also we could visit Zadar, went sightseeing, their famous the Sea Organ and others. We used a taxi. Totally I can recommend this apartment, but rather in the summertime.

For disabled to arrange suitable beaches and in the aparment to have the right shower.

First of all, a very attentive, responsive and kind hostess. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. I really liked that the sea is literally 20m from the house. overall i would come back and recommend this place

Everything was perfect. Apartament was very clean. Location was really good just 1min to the sea. Place was very quiet, perfect for family trip. The owner was very helpfull and kind. 10/10 We are looking forward to come back for sure.
