Ottima zona, appartamento spazioso e pulito
Tv praticamente inaccessibile, qualche arredo da cambiare per rendere l’appartamento davvero super (divano e tavolo cucina). Dai che ci vuole poco ma davvero bello

La posizione comoda per l'auditorium
Ho segnalato i seguenti disguidi e l'unica risposta è stata che dispiaceva - la tv non funziona, traballano tutti i canali. - la luce in stanza non funziona - l'unico termosifone "funzionante " è in camera. - la stufetta scaldabagno non funziona - la tapparella in sala non funziona e manco quella in cucina - abbiamo trovato alcune stoviglie ancora unte e la cappa è sporca - fa freddo ed è rumorosa data gli infissi datati. - sono stati dati 4 asciugamani spaiati in dotazione (3 da viso e uno da doccia) - infine il materasso è piuttosto datato e macchiato, almeno un topper e due cuscini in piu te sarebbero graditi
